The biggest advantage is being able to look on the Portal when customers call in a panic, concerned that they will run out of gas. We can see their tank level to determine if it is an actual emergency.

Since we view the levels daily, we already know if they are low. We can reassure them that they have plenty of gas, and not to worry! The monitors also help us with pre-booking during the summer months when it’s slow. We can proactively call the customers with lower levels to get them on the schedule early, which saves us time in the winter when we’re busy. The monitors have made our lives so much easier!
